Your Role As A Client Banking Services Professional
As a Client Banking Services Professional, you are the face of Schwab’s outstanding customer service. Your role is crucial in assisting Charles Schwab Bank clients who reach out for help. Every day, you will field 40-60 inbound calls, offering your expertise on a variety of banking products and services. From deposit accounts, online account management, bill pay, money movement, mobile banking, to debit cards, you will guide clients through their queries and concerns. This role heavily involves phone-based interaction, requiring adept use of multiple computer applications and dual monitors.
What You Should Have
Required Qualifications
For this role, a minimum of one year of work experience is essential, which can include internships, volunteer work, or other roles in an office environment. Since the position might require weekend or evening shifts, please consult with your Talent Advisor for more information, including shift differentials. Demonstrated experience in multi-tasking and using multiple computing applications simultaneously is a must. Also, be prepared to work in the office up to 75% – 100% of the time, as required.
