Your Role as a Client Banking Services Professional
As a Client Banking Services Professional, you will be at the forefront of delivering outstanding customer service to Charles Schwab Bank clients. Your duties will primarily revolve around assisting clients who call for assistance. Your work will involve providing expertise on a diverse range of banking products and services, including deposit accounts, online account management, bill pay, money movement, mobile banking, and debit cards.
Expect to field 40-60 inbound calls every day. This phone-based role requires the use of multiple computer applications and dual monitors. It’s a fast-paced environment where your ability to multi-task will be central to your success.
What You Need to Qualify
To qualify for this position, there are several qualifications you must meet. The minimum requirement is at least one year of work experience. This can include internships, volunteer experience, or other roles in an office environment. You should be able to work a set shift, which may include weekend or evening hours. Multi-tasking and the ability to use multiple computing applications simultaneously are essential. You should also be prepared to work in the office 75-100% of the time as required.
Preferred Qualifications
