This internship program is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to the full suite of Middle Market banking products and services. These include but are not limited to loans, deposits, treasury management services, interest rate products, capital markets, wealth management, and other fee income businesses.

Furthermore, interns will also delve into areas such as credit framework and analysis, the process of prospecting to acquire new clients, and strategies to expand existing client relationships. This role is not limited to the theoretical aspects of banking but also involves being a part of a dynamic team working on interesting projects.

Accountabilities for interns can span across a range of areas. From research and analytics to strategy formulation, process review and improvement, technology enhancements, and support, interns will have the opportunity to explore various facets of the banking industry. In addition, they will be expected to attend professional development sessions, informational sessions, networking events, and community service events.

Crucial to the program is the assignment of a project designed to improve a specific process or solve a problem. This project is to be presented at the close of the internship. Interns will also prepare a wrap-up presentation to share with the division leader and other key stakeholders within the company, highlighting their accomplishments and experiences during the internship.
