Job Description
The Fair Banking Compliance Business Oversight Manager is responsible for providing second line oversight and support to TD Bank’s compliance and business units related to fair lending and UDAAP for all consumer and commercial products.
The role is part of a team that provides independent oversight of fair banking and supports other Fair Banking Compliance Teams. The role may also involve guidance related to analyses, training, complaints, risk assessments, and other monitoring activities.
Who Are We Looking For?
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ABC regulations, fair lending, UDAAP and compliance for mortgage originations. An individual who can work independently and in a team environment, and enjoys working under deadlines and challenges, will excel in this role.
Education & Experience
Applicants are expected to have an undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience, with at least 7 years of experience in the field. A JD, CRCM, or Regulatory consumer compliance commissioning experience will be considered a plus.
Desired Skills & Experience
Applicants should have a strong understanding of ABC regulations, a firm grasp of Fair Lending laws and regulations, and a working knowledge of UDAAP principles. They should also have a strong knowledge of Compliance for Mortgage Originations and the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proven ability to perform effectively in a deadline-driven environment with strong time management and prioritization skills is also required.
