The hiring pay range is between $138,000.00 and $172,500.00 per year, including a 15% Cost of Living Adjustment. The actual pay is commensurate with the individual’s level of relevant experience and education. Furthermore, those who qualify under the Spanish Communication Assistant Program may be eligible to receive an additional $2,080.00 per year.

Job Description and Responsibilities
The bank is currently seeking a professional to manage and direct the Bank towards its primary objectives, based on profit and return on capital. This individual will be responsible for the overall implementation and management of branch objectives, policies, and strategic plans while providing leadership for assigned divisions.
Core responsibilities include developing new business and maintaining existing customer relationships, representing the bank in key community activities, providing guidance for personnel activities, overseeing operations, and providing direct supervision of bank staff. The successful candidate will also dispense advice, assist in establishing objectives and plans, identify opportunities for growth, service credit needs of customers, apply ongoing administration and review of credit, and manage a commercial loan portfolio, among other duties.
Qualifications
