The Compliance Monitoring Assistant’s responsibilities include preparing for and assisting with compliance monitoring reviews to ensure compliance procedures are followed. They are tasked with validating compliance with established policies and procedures and applicable regulations.
The Assistant is also responsible for assisting the compliance monitoring function with tasks and documentation. Additionally, they assist the Compliance Team and Learning and Development with compliance training programs, and actively participate in regulation and compliance procedure trainings.
