The Community Office Assistant Manager is tasked with several critical responsibilities that ensure the bank’s smooth operation. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, aiding in supervising front line employees, addressing customer inquiries and resolving basic service issues, ensuring transaction accuracy, compliance, and branch cash control. They also contribute to branch sales goals, track performance metrics, train, coach, and develop front line employees, and maintain professional COI relationships.
