What You’ll Bring: Skills and Experience for Success
TransUnion values the diverse skills and experiences that each employee brings to the table. For the Client Executive team, a bachelor’s degree in business, experience in credit, risk, fraud, and analytics industry, and a minimum of three years of sales experience in financial services are essential. The ability to travel in the assigned geographic territory is also required.
Moreover, proficiency in MS Office applications, technical products, and solutions, along with strong communication, consulting, hunting, and presentation skills are preferred. An innovative and creative approach to strategies and executions is also highly valued.
The Impact You’ll Make: Driving Success for Clients
As a member of the Client Executive team, you’ll be responsible for managing relationships with assigned accounts, identifying key stakeholders, and facilitating client-facing business reviews. You’ll also coordinate internal sales meetings and collaborate with Industry Executives and matrix partners to drive new product adoption.
Your role extends to being a customer advocate, understanding their business model, market position, and leveraging this knowledge for successful engagements with TransUnion. You’ll also own the account planning process and review usage gaps and expansion opportunities to support customer retention and expansion initiatives.
