Le Crédit Mutuel de Bretagne is currently on a recruitment mission to hire seasoned Client Relations Managers for their branches in Finistère. Your Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and potential clients
- Identifying and understanding their needs to support them during significant life events such as securing their first job, buying a vehicle, welcoming a new baby, embarking on a real estate project, or preparing for retirement
- Expanding your commercial portfolio of approximately 800 households through a comprehensive and proactive approach. Some of these portfolios might include the private aspects of our professional clients
- Guiding your clients towards digital autonomy
- Assessing client relationship risks to ensure regulatory compliance
- Actively participating in the agency’s activities
Your Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have at least a Bac +2 degree
- Have a minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a banking agency dealing with individual clients
- Have excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone, which aids in retaining clients
- Enjoy commercial challenges and are drawn to a variety of tasks
