Job Opportunity: Business Banking Service Specialist
We are currently accepting applications for a Business Banking Service Specialist for our Midvale, UT office. The ideal candidate will have the necessary skills and experience to handle a variety of tasks, which include providing business banking operational support, implementing and onboarding various products and services, responding to client service requests, identifying root causes of errors, and collaborating with back-office functions to enhance client experiences.
Qualifications and Benefits
Qualifications for the role include a high school degree or equivalent and some experience with Treasury Management products, Bankcard, Loan, or Deposit account processes, account servicing or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may also meet job requirements. Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. The ability to work with branch, small business, and treasury management staff and clients is also required. The role necessitates good research, analysis, problem resolution skills, sound judgment, and working knowledge of various word processing and spreadsheet software.
