Role of Business Banking Relationship Manager III
WSFS Bank is currently seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager III, a key role that involves managing and growing relationships with small-to-medium-sized businesses. With a focus on businesses generating up to $10 million in annual revenues, the Business Banking Relationship Manager III is responsible for delivering customized financial solutions with a total credit exposure of up to $3 million. This role is sales-driven and requires a proven track record in developing new businesses and managing relationships.
Job Responsibilities
The Business Banking Relationship Manager III is expected to perform a range of duties including:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through self-generated referrals and an established network of professionals.
- Conducting client and prospect meetings to assess financial needs and tailoring banking solutions to meet these goals.
- Performing comprehensive financial analysis to determine creditworthiness.
- Developing and recommending loan structures in alignment with client needs and the bank’s credit policies.
- Managing an active loan portfolio, ensuring compliance with loan terms and regulatory requirements.
- Serving as the primary relationship manager, deepening client relationships through consistent engagement.
- Providing exceptional customer service, proactively addressing client concerns.
- Mentoring and coaching junior relationship managers.
Minimum Qualifications
Interested candidates must meet several qualifications to be considered for this role. These include:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or finance or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of new business development experience.
- Proficiency in working with key internal resources.
- Strong knowledge of business lending, consumer lending, and deposit products.
- Experience with utilizing a CRM system to manage sales pipeline.
- Knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering policies.
Salary Range and Benefits
The salary range for the position is $108,722.00 – $178,616.75, with individual base pay varying based on factors such as experience, job-related skills, relevant education, and geographic location.
