Job Requirements

- The minimum educational requirement is a High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.
- You need to have 4 – 5 years of customer service and sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Registration under the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z is preferred. However, NMLS registration can be completed after job entry date.
- You should also have the ability to train and mentor others, including on products and platform procedures.
- Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies is preferred.
