Job Summary
The Branch Banking Client Consultant II is responsible for addressing and resolving client concerns, providing detailed information about various products, and focusing on meeting the financial needs of our clients. The position involves more complex banking conversations with clients, including greater lending and basic investment interactions. The primary goal is to ensure that all our clients have a comprehensive understanding of the financial products and services that will best meet their needs.

Sales Performance
One of the critical responsibilities includes supporting team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance, such as outstanding deposits, outstanding loans, and non-interest income. This includes actively seeking and delivering the right client introductions to achieve growth targets and execute successful sales initiatives.
Client Experience
The Branch Banking Client Consultant II is expected to provide a positive client experience. This involves assisting with account questions, problems, and/or complaints in a timely and effective manner. The consultant also plays a vital role in client engagement and education, meeting behavioral activity goals as defined by Retail Leadership.
Risk Management
In terms of risk management, the consultant needs to execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly, striving for no controllable losses. They also need to adhere strictly to regulatory and compliance policies and standards.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate for the Branch Banking Client Consultant II position should have a High School or equivalent qualification, 4-5 years of customer service and sales experience, including in the financial services industry. Knowledge of the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z is preferred. The candidate should possess the ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures. Experience in the financial services industry and skills in using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies are preferred.
