Sales Performance

The person in this role is expected to actively seek and deliver appropriate client introductions to the right team members to meet growth targets and successfully execute sales initiatives.
Client Experience

Through effective communication and research, they should be able to resolve these issues in a timely manner. Job Requirements
Aspiring candidates for the position of Branch Banking Client Consultant II should meet certain requirements. These include a minimum of a high school degree or its equivalent, 4-5 years of customer service and sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry. Knowledge and experience in digital products and self-service technologies are preferred.
Additionally, registration under the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z is preferred. However, if not already registered, this can be completed after the job entry date. The candidate should also have the ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures.
