Key Responsibilities of a Branch Banking Client Consultant
As a Branch Banking Client Consultant, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of providing high-quality, professional financial services to clients. This involves greeting clients as they enter the branch, understanding their financial aspirations, and offering services to help them meet their goals.
Your responsibilities will be divided into four main categories:
Sales Performance
You will support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance, such as outstanding deposits, loans, and non-interest income. You will also be involved in client acquisition and execute successful sales initiatives by connecting clients with the right team members.
Client Experience
Ensuring a positive client experience is a crucial part of your role. You will assist with account-related queries, complaints, and problems. By researching and effectively communicating solutions, you will deliver client engagement and education. Meeting behavioral activity goals as defined by Retail Leadership, including referrals, is also part of your role.
Management
Your role will require you to accurately process daily financial transactions in a timely manner, while maintaining operational standards and assisting the team in meeting branch goals. By adhering to all bank policies and regulations, you will strive to prevent controllable losses.
Additional Duties
Apart from these responsibilities, your role may include performing special projects, additional duties, and responsibilities as required. You will also be accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
