Branch Banking-Client Consultant I-Float: The Role
The Branch Banking-Client Consultant I-Float is a dynamic role that involves traveling between assigned branches to provide high-quality, efficient, and friendly financial services to customers. The role holder is the face of the bank, greeting customers as they walk into any of our branches and assisting them in meeting their financial goals. The role requires maintaining operational standards and assisting the team in achieving branch goals.
Moreover, the role also requires accurately processing financial transactions while ensuring that no preventable losses occur. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work on special projects and additional duties as required by the bank.
Responsibilities
Sales Performance
The Branch Banking-Client Consultant I-Float will support the team’s efforts to hit growth targets in financial performance. This includes outstanding deposits, loans, and non-interest income as well as primary client acquisition. They will actively seek and facilitate the right client introductions to the appropriate team members to execute successful sales initiatives.
Client Experience
The role holder will ensure a positive client experience by promptly and effectively resolving account questions, problems, and/or complaints. This includes engaging with and educating clients about their accounts and referring them to the appropriate services or personnel.
Management
The Branch Banking-Client Consultant I-Float is responsible for delivering timely and accurate daily financial transactions, striving for zero preventable losses. They are expected to understand and adhere to all applicable bank policies and regulations.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role will have a High School or equivalent qualification. They will also have 0 – 3 years of experience in customer service and sales. While experience in the financial services industry is preferred, it is not mandatory.
