The Banking Associate utilizes TD’s systems and tools to engage with customers, deepening relationships by providing advice and guidance to attract and retain customers. Education & Experience Requirements
Candidates for the Banking Associate position are required to have at least a high school diploma or GED. At least one year of experience working with customers in any capacity, be it through volunteering, education, or military experience, is preferred. Demonstrated customer service skills, teller experience, and the ability to work during operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled, are also preferred. Strong organization skills, excellent communication skills, effective problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are key requirements for the role.
