Join Our Banking Operations Client Services Team
We are seeking a Business Consultant to join our Banking Operations Client Services team. This role involves conducting on-site visits to our banking customers up to 50% of the time. The aim is to identify ways to improve their loan operational performance and quantify the anticipated benefits. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, self-motivated, with strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to comfortably work with both senior leadership and everyday users of our products.
The Role of a Business Consultant at Jack Henry
As a Business Consultant, you will conduct on-site customer operational and/or systems analysis to identify problems and opportunities for improvement. You will prepare reports summarizing findings, recommend process improvements, and provide guidance on implementing these changes. This role is critical for retaining our clients as you will be discussing Jack Henry products, services, and solutions with them. The ability to meet aggressive deadlines and work on multiple projects concurrently is vital.
What We Require
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in the banking industry. Experience in Bank Loan back-office banking operations is a must. The ability to travel up to 40%, typically one trip a month lasting 4-5 days, is also required.
Preferred Skills and Experience
It would be beneficial if you have experience working with Jack Henry products and the CIF 20/20 core banking system. Knowledge in consulting or related fields, ability to define system and functional requirements, and experience with Query or data mining tools would be advantageous. We value good communication, customer interaction skills, organizational skills, and knowledge of the financial industry.
