Hiring Pay Ranges
The bank offers competitive salary ranges for its Banking Officers. The hiring pay ranges vary from $65,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year depending on the level of the Banking Officer’s position. The pay ranges for the different positions are as follows:
- Banking Officer I: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
- Banking Officer II: $72,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
- Banking Officer III: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
- Banking Officer IV: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
- Banking Officer V: $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
Moreover, the bank provides an additional yearly incentive of $2,080.00 for positions eligible for the Spanish Communication Assistant Program.

Job Description
Banking Officers at ANB Bank are responsible for originating, processing, and servicing the credit needs of businesses, consumers and professionals within the marketplace. They also maintain and solicit related depository accounts and other fee-generating services. In addition, they provide support to all retail and Treasury Management functions, which requires maintaining a reasonable working knowledge of all operational functions.
The core duties and responsibilities of Banking Officers include servicing the credit needs of customers and prospects, detecting potential problems and applying problem loan administration techniques, managing a commercial loan portfolio, acting as relationship managers for assigned customers, expanding the customer base through networking and sales calling, and participating in community involvement activities to enhance the bank’s visibility, image, and reputation. They also need to maintain a current working knowledge of all retail and treasury management banking functions.
Education and Experience
The bank has outlined specific educational and experience requirements for the different Banking Officer positions, ranging from at least 1 year of experience in consumer/retail or commercial lending for Banking Officer I to a minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial lines lending for Banking Officer V.
