Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the Banking Consultant at Magnifi Financial encompass a wide range of tasks. This includes assisting members with routine transactions such as teller machine operations and creating a remarkable member experience by accurately responding and providing resolutions to member requests.
Further, the Banking Consultant is tasked with consulting with members to identify their financial needs and recommend appropriate Magnifi Financial products and services. The consultant also maintains cash drawers, cash recyclers and oversees the day-to-day operation of ATM machines, including deposit and restocking.
In addition, the consultant performs a wide range of account services, such as setting up mobile deposit, mobile banking and digital banking, credit and debit card activation, debit card inquiries, transfers, funding loans, handling debit card inquiries, address changes, stop payments, transfers, check orders, among others.
Driving Digital Transformation
The Banking Consultant plays an integral role in transforming the way banking is done at Magnifi Financial. They encourage and coach members to adopt new digital solutions such as mobile banking, digital banking, and ATM use. This is a pivotal role in keeping members abreast with technological advancements in the financial sector and ensuring they maximize the benefits of digital banking.
Education and Experience
As for educational qualifications, a high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, although a two-year degree is preferred. Beyond formal education, the role requires customer service and/or sales experience. The option to attain a Notary Public designation is also available for those in this position.

The pay transparency policy ensures that salaries vary based on factors such as location, internal equity, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role. The starting salary range for this position is between $17.12/hr. and $25.68/hr.
