The role of a Banking Consultant at Magnifi Financial is indeed a crucial one. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide consultation services to Magnifi Financial members through various channels such as in person, on the phone, and through digital mediums. The consultant is expected to educate members about the products and services offered by Magnifi Financial and recommend suitable solutions based on their financial needs. This includes not just the traditional financial products and services, but also digital solutions.
The banking consultant is also responsible for performing member transactions in a timely, accurate, and courteous manner. This involves assisting members with routine transactions, including those performed through teller machines. The consultant also plays a key role in maintaining cash drawer, cash recycler, and the day-to-day operation of ATM machines.
Digital Transformation and Community Relations
In addition to these responsibilities, the banking consultant has a unique role in transforming the way banking is done at Magnifi Financial. The consultant is expected to encourage and coach members to adopt new digital solutions like mobile banking, digital banking, and ATM’s. Education and Experience Required for the Role
As for the qualifications, a high school diploma or a current pursuit of a high school diploma is required, but a two-year degree is preferred. Notary Public designation in this position is optional. Moreover, customer service and/or sales experience is required for this position.
