Roles and Responsibilities
As a banking consultant, your key responsibilities would include:
Member Support and Transaction Management
Your role will involve assisting members with routine transactions, handling teller machine transactions, and ensuring all member transactions are performed in a timely, accurate, and courteous manner. You will also oversee the day-to-day operations of the ATM machines, including deposit and restocking.
Consulting and Sales
You will consult with members to identify their financial needs and recommend appropriate Magnifi Financial products and services. Your role will also involve making referrals to the relevant departments, and selling products and services to members, including our innovative digital solutions.
Account Services
Your responsibilities will also encompass a wide range of account services. These include setting up mobile deposit, mobile banking, and digital banking services, credit and debit card activation, handling debit card inquiries, and managing transfers, loans, and other account-related tasks.
Digital Transformation
As a banking consultant, you will be instrumental in transforming the way banking is done. You will encourage and coach members to adopt our cutting-edge digital solutions, including mobile banking, digital banking, and ATM’s.
Community Relations
You will also contribute to Magnifi Financial’s mission and visibility by actively taking part in community relations efforts.
Education and Experience
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and customer service and/or sales experience is a must. A two-year degree is preferred. The candidate has the option to pursue a Notary Public designation in this role.

As a full-time employee, you will be eligible for a wide range of benefits including opportunities for training and development, leadership development, job level advancement, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and volunteer paid time off. You will also receive health benefits and be eligible for our retirement plan and bonus/incentive program. The salary range for this position is $17.80/hr. through $26.70/hr, and the total compensation package may include bonuses, performance-based incentives, commission, and/or discretionary bonuses.
