The Role of a Banking Consultant I
A Banking Consultant I at Magnifi Financial is responsible for consulting with members in person, on the phone, and through digital channels. This role involves educating, recommending, and selling products and services to members, including digital solutions. In addition, they perform member transactions in a timely, accurate, and courteous manner.
Essential duties and responsibilities of a Banking Consultant I include assisting members with all routine transactions, consulting with members to identify and recommend Magnifi Financial products and services based on financial needs, and maintaining cash drawers and ATM machines. They also perform a wide range of account services and encourage and coach members to adopt new digital solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants for the Banking Consultant I role must have a high school diploma or be currently pursuing one. A two-year degree is preferred but not required. Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is essential. A Notary Public designation in this position is optional.
