Position Summary
As a Banking Consultant, your role will include consulting with Magnifi Financial members both in person and via digital channels. In this position, you will be expected to educate, recommend, and sell products and services to members, including digital solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing member transactions in a timely, accurate, and courteous manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from assisting members with routine transactions to creating an exceptional member experience by responding and providing resolutions to member requests. The successful candidate will be expected to consult with members to identify and recommend Magnifi Financial products and services based on financial needs, making referrals to appropriate departments when needed.
Moreover, the banking consultant will be responsible for maintaining cash drawers, cash recyclers, and the day-to-day operation of ATM machines, including deposit and restocking. The role also requires performing a wide range of account services, such as setting up mobile deposit, mobile banking, digital banking, credit and debit card activation, and handling debit card inquiries, among other duties.
Importantly, the successful candidate will play a vital role in transforming the way banking is done by encouraging and coaching members to adopt new digital solutions such as mobile banking, digital banking, and ATM’s.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or currently pursuing a high school diploma is a requirement for this position, with a two-year degree preferred. Prior customer service and/or sales experience is also required. Notary Public designation in this position is optional.
Benefits and Compensation
Magnifi Financial is committed to investing in its team, offering beneficial packages that help everyone achieve their full potential. The salary range for this role is from $17.80/hr. to $26.70/hr. with total compensation package varies based on position and may include bonuses, performance-based incentives, commission, and/or discretionary bonuses.
