The opportunity is a full-time position with 40 working hours per week. The pay scale is between $22.00 – $27.75 USD, depending upon the candidate’s skills, experience, and job-related knowledge.

Job Description and Responsibilities
The Banking Associate plays a key role in delivering TD’s Brand promise at a store location. This role is accountable for accurately completing everyday banking transactions and providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help Customers achieve their financial goals.
The responsibilities of a Banking Associate include a wide range of tasks across multiple areas within a store location. These include processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, educating customers on all banking products and services, and delivering end-to-end advice customers expect. The associate will also utilize TD’s systems and tools to engage with Customers to acquire and deepen relationships by providing advice and guidance to attract and retain the customer.
Education and Experience Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position should have a high school diploma or GED. A year’s experience working with customers in any capacity is preferred and could be demonstrated through volunteering, education, or military experience. Teller experience is preferred, but not mandatory. The candidate should have strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and should possess excellent communication skills with the ability to be concise, clear, and consistent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and a Notary License is preferred.
Customer, Shareholder, and Employee/Team Accountabilities
The Banking Associate should consistently provide legendary customer service while transacting, promoting, educating, and referring TD Products to new and existing customers. The associate should also ensure compliance when completing operational activities in accordance with company guidelines and regulations. As a team member, the associate should contribute to a positive work environment by aligning with TD Model, Brand, and Culture and should actively seek opportunities to improve the delivery of work with high attention to quality standards.
Physical Requirements
The role of a Banking Associate may involve occasional domestic travel. The job involves performing multiple tasks and operating standard office equipment. The associate may need to respond quickly to sounds and may require sitting, standing, and walking frequently. Other physical requirements may include occasional lifting/carrying (under and over 25 lbs.), squatting, bending, kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reaching overhead and forward.
