Job Overview and Compensation
The Banking Associate is responsible for accurately completing everyday banking transactions, providing advice, and educational support on services, products, and tools to help customers achieve their financial goals. The job requires a wide range of tasks across multiple areas within a Store location. This includes processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on all banking products and services.

However, the actual offer may vary based on the candidate’s skills, experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
Desired Skills and Experience
Ideal candidates should hold a high school diploma or GED and have at least 1 year of experience working with customers. This experience could be demonstrated through any of the following: volunteering, education, or military experience. Strong organization skills, excellent communication skills, demonstrated effective problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are highly preferred.
Customer and Shareholder Accountabilities
As a Banking Associate, you will consistently provide legendary customer service while transacting, promoting, educating, and referring TD products to new and existing customers. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance when completing operational activities in accordance with company guidelines and regulations such as Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act to minimize risk and protect the customer.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

The ability to concentrate for long periods of time, perform multiple tasks, and respond quickly to sounds is essential. The role may also require occasional domestic travel.
