Job Description and Duties

As a Banking Associate, you will play a key role in delivering TD’s brand promise at the store location. This role involves accurately completing everyday banking transactions and providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help customers achieve their financial goals.

Your responsibilities will range across multiple areas within the store location, including processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on all banking products and services. You will also be tasked with delivering end-to-end advice customers expect by building trust with educational content and tools, providing consultative support, and advocating with proactive insights and recommendations.

Successful candidates will understand customer financial needs to identify opportunities to promote and educate on products and services, and refer them to the appropriate team member or internal Bank partner, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Education and Experience Requirements

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of experience working with customers. This can be demonstrated through any of the following: volunteering, education, military experience, etc. Teller experience is preferred, and strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and a Notary License is preferred.

Training and Onboarding
