The role offers a competitive compensation range of $22.00 – $27.75 per hour, with 40 hours per week.

Role Description and Responsibilities

The Banking Associate plays a pivotal role in delivering TD’s brand promise at the store level. The role involves accurately completing everyday banking transactions, providing advice, and offering educational support on services, products, and tools to help customers achieve their financial goals.

The role requires the successful candidate to perform a wide range of tasks across multiple areas within a store location. These include processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on all banking products and services. The Banking Associate is also responsible for delivering end-to-end advice customers expect, building trust with educational content & tools, providing consultative support, and advocating with proactive insights & recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills Required

Applicants should hold a high school diploma or GED and have at least one year’s experience working with customers. This experience can be demonstrated through any of the following: volunteering, education, or military experience. Strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required. A Notary License is preferred.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Physical requirements of the role include performing multiple tasks, operating standard office equipment, and responding quickly to sounds. The role also requires sitting, standing, and walking frequently. Occasionally, the role may require domestic travel, moving safely in confined spaces, and lifting/carrying items under and over 25 lbs. Concentrating for long periods of time, reading, writing, and comprehending instructions, adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing are also part of the job.
