Compensation, Hours, and Job Description
The Banking Associate role is a part-time position with 30 hours of work per week. The pay rate for this position ranges from $23.75 to $31.00 USD per hour. Please note that the actual base pay offered may vary based on the candidate’s skills, experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
The Banking Associate is a key player in delivering TD’s Brand promise. This role involves processing everyday banking transactions, providing advice, and educational support on services, products, and tools to help Customers achieve their financial goals.
Role Depth & Scope
The Banking Associate performs a wide range of tasks across multiple areas within a Store location. These include processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on banking products and services. They also deliver end-to-end advice and build trust with customers to attract and retain them.
Education & Experience
Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED. A year of experience working with customers is preferred, and this experience can be demonstrated through volunteering, education, or military experience. Teller experience is also preferred, and candidates must be able to work during operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Physical Requirements
This job involves performing multiple tasks, operating standard office equipment, and may occasionally require lifting or carrying items under 25 lbs. The role may also require domestic travel on occasion.
