The role is part-time, requiring a commitment of 20 hours per week, and offers a competitive pay scale ranging from $23.75 to $31.00 USD.

Role Overview and Responsibilities
The forthcoming Banking Associate will work in the Personal & Commercial Banking line of business. The successful candidate is expected to accurately complete everyday banking transactions and provide advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help Customers achieve their financial goals.
Key tasks include processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, providing consultative support, utilizing TD’s systems and tools to engage with customers, accurately completing everyday banking transactions, servicing customers on the teller line and platform, and connecting with customers to provide financial advice and deepen relationships.
Education and Experience
Applicants should hold a high school diploma or GED and have at least 1 year’s experience working with customers. This experience could be demonstrated through volunteering, education, or military service. Demonstrated customer service skills are preferred, as is teller experience. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, effective problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a Notary License are also preferred.
Customer and Shareholder Accountabilities
The Banking Associate is expected to provide legendary customer service while transacting, promoting, educating, and referring TD Products to new and existing customers. They are also expected to ensure compliance when completing operational activities in accordance with company guidelines and regulations such as Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act.

Physical Requirements
The role involves occasional domestic travel, frequent sedentary work, and continuous performance of multiple tasks. The associate will need to be able to respond quickly to sounds, handle tasks such as lifting and carrying items under and over 25 lbs, and concentrate for long periods of time.
