What Does the Role Entail?
TD’s Banking Associate is a multi-faceted role that spans across various areas within the store. These areas include processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers about the full range of banking products and services. The primary goal of a Banking Associate is to provide end-to-end advice that customers expect, build trust, and advocate with proactive insights & recommendations to help customers manage their financial needs effectively.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for motivated individuals who have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience, which could include volunteering, education, or military experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must, and having a Notary License is preferred.
