Role Overview and Compensation Details
The Banking Associate role is a part-time position, with a commitment of 20 hours per week. The pay scale ranges from $22.00 to $27.75 per hour, with the final offer being contingent on the candidate’s skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Key Responsibilities
The Banking Associate performs a wide range of tasks, including processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and providing educational support on banking products and services. This role also involves building trust with customers, providing consultative support, and advocating for customers with proactive insights and recommendations. A core part of this role is understanding customer financial needs and matching them with appropriate banking products and services.
Education & Experience
Applicants should possess at least a high school diploma or GED. A minimum of 1-year experience in customer service is preferred. The ability to work during operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential. Candidates with teller experience have an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and a Notary License is preferred.
Customer and Shareholder Accountabilities
Banking Associates are expected to provide legendary customer service while promoting TD’s products to new and existing customers. They must also manage customer wait times efficiently and engage in lobby leadership. In terms of shareholder accountabilities, Banking Associates must ensure compliance with operational activities in accordance with company guidelines and regulations.

Physical Requirements
