About the Role: Banking Associate

The bank’s branch in St. Petersburg, Florida, United States, is looking for a dedicated and skilled Banking Associate who can work 20 hours per week. The compensation for this role will range between $22.00 – $27.75 USD, based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and job-related knowledge.

Job Responsibilities

The Banking Associate is a key player in delivering TD’s Brand promise at a store location. This role is accountable for accurately completing everyday banking transactions and providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help customers achieve their financial goals.

As a Banking Associate, you will perform a wide range of tasks across multiple areas within the store location. These tasks include processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on all banking products and services. You will also be responsible for delivering end-to-end advice that customers expect, building trust with educational content & tools, providing consultative support, and advocating with proactive insights & recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a high school diploma or GED. Additionally, a year of experience working with customers in any capacity will be preferred. This experience can be demonstrated through volunteering, education, or military experience.

Other preferred qualifications include demonstrated customer service skills, teller experience, and the ability to work during operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong organization skills, excellent communication skills, effective problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also highly desirable.
