This part-time position requires 20 hours of work per week, with a competitive salary range of $22.00 – $27.75 USD.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Banking Associate plays a key role in delivering TD’s brand promise at a store location. The professional in this role is accountable for completing everyday banking transactions, providing advice, and educational support on services, products, and tools to help customers achieve their financial goals.
The associate’s responsibilities span across multiple areas within a store location, including processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on all banking products and services. The associate is expected to engage with customers to acquire and deepen relationships, understand customer financial needs, and provide consultative support.
This role also involves servicing customers with opening/closing personal deposit accounts, everyday bank transactions, debit card/credit card issues, regulation E, mobile and online (digital) banking. The associate is required to manage customer wait times effectively and to engage in lobby leadership, representing the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
Requirements and Qualifications
Applicants for the Banking Associate position must have a high school diploma or GED, and at least a year of experience working with customers. This experience can be demonstrated through volunteering, education, military experience, or other means. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required and a Notary License is preferred.
The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, effective problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work independently and meet deadlines. Teller experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
