The Role of a Banking Associate
TD Bank is currently seeking a Banking Associate for its Norwood, Massachusetts, United States of America location. The Banking Associate plays a key role in delivering TD’s brand promise at a store location. They are accountable for accurately completing everyday banking transactions and providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help TD’s clients achieve their financial goals. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience working with customers in any capacity. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and within deadlines, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
