Role Specifications and Responsibilities
The Banking Associate will be responsible for accurately processing everyday banking transactions, opening new accounts, and providing advice and educational support on TD’s services and products. The role involves a wide range of tasks across multiple areas within the store location, ensuring a high level of customer interaction and engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, sound judgment in decision making, and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, a high school diploma or GED and a year of customer service experience are required for this role.
