This is a full-time position offering 40 hours per week and a competitive pay range between $22.00 and $27.75 USD per hour. About The Role
The Banking Associate plays a key role in delivering TD’s Brand promise at a store location. This role is accountable for accurately completing everyday banking transactions and providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help Customers achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
The Banking Associate is tasked with a wide range of duties. These include processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on all banking products and services. The role also involves delivering end-to-end advice customers expect, utilizing TD’s systems and tools to engage with Customers, understanding customer financial needs, and accurately completing everyday banking transactions.
Education & Experience
The ideal candidate for this role should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience working with customers. Strong organization skills, excellent communication skills, demonstrated effective problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required. A Notary License is preferred, but not mandatory.
Physical Requirements
The role involves various physical activities such as sitting, standing, walking, lifting/carrying items under and over 25 lbs., squatting, bending, kneeling, and more. Domestic travel is occasional while international travel is not required.
