Job Description and Requirements
The Banking Associate is a key professional in delivering TD’s Brand promise at a store location. This role is responsible for accurately completing everyday banking transactions, providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help Customers achieve their financial goals.[1]
Applicants should have at least a high school diploma or GED. Experience working with customers in any capacity is preferred, and this can be demonstrated through volunteering, education, or military experience. Other desirable skills include excellent communication, effective problem-solving, and the ability to work independently within deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required, and a Notary License is preferred.[1]
Compensation and Benefits
TD Bank is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation opportunities to all colleagues, with an hourly pay rate between 23.75 and 31.00 USD. The base pay may vary based upon the candidate’s skills, experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.[1]
