Compensation and Work Hours
The position offers a base pay rate of $22.00 – $27.75 USD and is built around a standard 40-hour workweek. Job Description and Scope
As a Banking Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering TD’s brand promise at a store location. Your responsibilities will include accurately completing everyday banking transactions, providing advice, and offering educational support on banking services, products, and tools to help customers achieve their financial goals.
You will perform a wide range of tasks across multiple areas within a store location. This includes opening new accounts, processing customer transactions, providing advisory support, and educating customers on various banking products and services. You will also be expected to build trust with customers and provide proactive insights and recommendations.
Desired Experience and Skills
While a high school diploma or GED is the minimum educational requirement, the ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of customer service experience. This experience can be demonstrated through any of the following: volunteering, education, or military experience. Additional requirements include excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required, and a Notary License is preferred.
Customer, Shareholder, and Employee/Team Accountabilities
This role requires a consistent commitment to providing legendary customer service, establishing and nurturing customer relationships, and managing customer wait times. The Banking Associate must also understand and support the bank’s customer service strategy, consider the impact of decisions on the well-being of TD, its customers, and stakeholders, and adhere to all compliance/risk and control programs.

Physical Requirements
The position involves occasional domestic travel and frequent sedentary work. The ability to operate standard office equipment, respond quickly to sounds, and concentrate for long periods of time is essential. Other physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of items under 25 lbs., squatting, bending, kneeling, crawling, climbing, reaching overhead, and pushing.
