Work Hours and Compensation
This full-time position requires a 40-hour work week, with pay ranging from $23.75 to $32.00 USD. The actual base pay may vary depending on the candidate’s skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and specific geographical location. Role and Responsibilities
As a Banking Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering TD’s Brand promise. You’ll be responsible for accurately completing everyday banking transactions, providing advice on services and products, and supporting customers in achieving their financial goals. Your tasks will include processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, educating customers about banking products and services, and connecting with customers to deepen relationships.
Education and Experience
For this role, a high school diploma or GED is required. Prior experience working with customers in any capacity is preferred, including volunteering, education, or military experience. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organization skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also crucial, and a Notary License is preferred.

Physical Requirements
