Job Description and Requirements
The Banking Associate is a key professional in banking who plays a pivotal role in delivering TD’s brand promise at a store location. This role is responsible for accurately completing everyday banking transactions and providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help customers achieve their financial goals.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of experience working with customers. This experience can be demonstrated through any of the following: volunteering, education, or military experience. Teller experience is preferred, but not required. Furthermore, the ideal candidate must possess strong organization skills, excellent communication skills, and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
The Banking Associate’s responsibilities span across multiple areas within a Store location, such as processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on all banking products and services. They are tasked with delivering end-to-end advice that customers expect, utilizing TD’s systems and tools to engage with customers to acquire and deepen relationships, and understanding customer financial needs to identify opportunities to promote and educate on products and services.
Compensation and Growth Opportunities

Physical Requirements
