This is a full-time position with a 40-hour work week and a competitive pay range of $22.00 – $27.75 USD.

Job Description and Responsibilities
The Banking Associate plays a key role in delivering TD’s Brand promise. The individual in this role is accountable for accurately completing everyday banking transactions and providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help customers achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities and duties of the Banking Associate include, but are not limited to: processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, educating customers on all banking products and services, providing consultative support, advocating with proactive insights & recommendations, and utilizing TD’s systems and tools to engage with customers to acquire and deepen relationships.
Skills and Experience
TD Bank is seeking a candidate with a high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of experience working with customers. This experience can be demonstrated through any of the following: volunteering, education, or military experience. Teller experience is preferred. The successful candidate will also demonstrate customer service skills, organization skills, excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A Notary License is preferred.
