The position requires a 30-hour commitment per week, with the potential for a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. The proposed pay rate ranges from $22 to $27.75 USD per hour. Key Responsibilities
The Banking Associate will perform a wide range of tasks, including processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on all banking products and services. They are expected to build trust with customers by providing educational content and proactive insights, advocating for customer needs, and using TD’s systems to engage with and deepen customer relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
Successful candidates should hold at least a high school diploma or its equivalent, with at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role preferred. TD values strong organizational and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must, and a notary license is preferred.
Physical Requirements
The role involves frequent sedentary work, operating standard office equipment, and occasional domestic travel. The ability to respond quickly to sounds and perform multiple tasks continuously is also required. Some occasional physical activities include lifting or carrying items under 25 lbs, moving safely in confined spaces, squatting, bending, kneeling, and more.
