Key Responsibilities and Expectations
The Banking Associate will play a crucial role in delivering TD’s Brand promise at the store location. This role involves a wide range of tasks. The associate will be responsible for processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers about banking products and services.
The associate will also need to understand the financial needs of customers to identify opportunities to promote and educate on products and services. This could also involve referring customers to the appropriate team member or internal Bank partner, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
Moreover, the associate will be required to complete everyday banking transactions, service customers with opening/closing personal deposit accounts, and manage customer inquiries and walk-in traffic.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED. They should have at least 1 year of experience working with customers, which can be demonstrated through volunteering, education, or military experience. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and within deadlines are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required. A Notary License is preferred, but not required.
Training and Development
