Work Location and Compensation
The successful candidate will be based in New York and is expected to deliver 40 hours of dedicated service weekly. In terms of compensation, TD offers an hourly rate ranging from $23.75 to $31.00 USD. It is important to note that the base pay may vary based on the candidate’s skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and specific organizational needs.
The Role and Responsibilities of a Banking Associate
As a Banking Associate, your key responsibility will be to deliver TD’s brand promise at the store location. You will be tasked with accurately completing everyday banking transactions and providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help customers achieve their financial goals. The associate will also play a crucial role in building trust with customers through educational content and tools, providing consultative support, and advocating with proactive insights and recommendations.
Key Skills and Qualifications
For this position, a high school diploma or GED is required alongside experience working with customers in any capacity. TD places a high value on demonstrated customer service skills, organization skills, excellent communication, effective problem-solving, and the ability to work independently and within deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required, and a Notary License is preferred.

Physical Requirements and Additional Information

The associate will also be expected to concentrate for long periods of time, add, subtract, multiply and divide, and apply common sense to deal with problems involving standardized situations.
