Compensation and Work Hours
The position offers 30 flexible working hours per week. In terms of remuneration, TD is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation opportunities to all colleagues. The base pay for this role ranges from $22.00 – $27.75 USD per hour. However, the actual pay offered may vary based on the candidate’s skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs. Job Description and Requirements
The Banking Associate is a professional in banking and is accountable for completing everyday banking transactions accurately. They also provide advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help Customers achieve their financial goals. The ideal candidate is a high school graduate or has a GED, with at least one year of experience working with customers. Teller experience is preferred and strong organization skills, excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. The candidate should also be able to schedule and prioritize work and work independently and within deadlines.
Customer and Shareholder Accountabilities
The role involves consistently providing legendary customer service while promoting, educating and referring TD Products to new and existing customers. The Banking Associate will also ensure compliance when completing operational activities in accordance with company guidelines and regulations such as Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act to minimize risk and protect the customer.
