What Qualifications are Required?
Entry into this role requires a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year of experience working with customers. This experience can be demonstrated through various mediums including volunteering, education, and military service. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and strong organization skills are necessary, along with excellent communication skills and an ability to work independently and within deadlines. Teller experience is preferred but not mandatory.
