The role of a Banking Associate at TD is a key one in delivering the brand’s promise at a store location. Key Responsibilities
The Banking Associate performs a wide range of tasks across multiple areas within a store location. This includes processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on all banking products and services. The associate delivers end-to-end advice to customers in a way that builds trust, provides consultative support, and proactively offers insights and recommendations.
Work Location and Pay Details
The work location for this role is Sebastian, Florida, United States of America. The working hours are 30 per week. The pay ranges from $22.00 – $27.75 USD. However, the base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate’s skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
Education & Experience
The ideal candidate for this role should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience working with customers. This experience can come from any capacity such as volunteering, education, or military experience. Demonstrated customer service skills, teller experience, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are preferred. The candidate is also required to complete Teller training and part 1 of platform training upon hire.

The Banking Associate is expected to provide legendary customer service while transacting, promoting, educating, and referring TD Products to new and existing customers. They must also comply with all company guidelines and regulations to ensure the safety and security of customer transactions and account servicing requests.
