The role is for a Banking Associate in their Personal & Commercial Banking division. This position is part-time, requiring 20 hours per week, with a competitive pay scale ranging from $22.00 to $27.75 USD per hour.

The Role of a Banking Associate
The Banking Associate is an integral part of TD’s team, playing a key role in delivering the brand promise at the store level. This role involves processing everyday banking transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on all banking products and services. The associate will also be expected to provide advice and guidance to customers, helping them achieve their financial goals.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED. One year of customer service experience is preferred. This can be demonstrated through any capacity, including volunteering, education, or military experience. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and demonstrated problem-solving skills are also required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must, and having a Notary License is preferred.
Physical Requirements and Accountabilities
The role requires a mix of sedentary work and physical activities, including occasional lifting/carrying under and over 25 lbs. The associate will need to be able to stand, walk, and sit frequently. The role also requires the ability to concentrate for long periods, read, write, comprehend instructions, and perform mathematical computations.
