This part-time role requires 20 hours of work per week and offers pay between $23.75 and $31.00 USD.

Job Description and Requirements
The Banking Associate is a professional in banking, responsible for delivering TD’s Brand promise at a store location. This role involves processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on all banking products and services. It requires a high school diploma or GED, a year of experience working with customers, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Teller experience and a Notary License are preferred.
Depth & Scope of the Role
The role covers a wide range of tasks across multiple areas within the store location. Banking Associates are expected to build trust with customers through educational content & tools, provide consultative support, and advocate with proactive insights & recommendations. They should effectively utilize TD’s systems and tools to engage with Customers to acquire and deepen relationships. The role also involves accurately completing everyday banking transactions, servicing customers, managing wait times, and ensuring compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
Physical Requirements
The job involves occasional domestic travel, frequent sitting, standing, and walking. It also requires the ability to respond quickly to sounds, operate standard office equipment, and concentrate for long periods of time. Occasional lifting, carrying, squatting, bending, kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reaching are also part of the role’s physical demands.
